W.C. Fields

“W.C. Fields” is a unique, fully authorized, limited edition, porcelain plate, bearing two reproduced signatures of the artist, Red Skelton. One signature is on the front of the plate, and the other on the reverse. This example is hand-signed in gold on the front of the plate.
This plate measures approximately 8” in diameter and is individually numbered 4348/10,000. This porcelain plate was created in 1977 and was reproduced from an original painting of the same name by Mr. Skelton.
The reverse side of the plate bears a short quotation which reads the following:
“W.C. Fields”
“Don’t take life to seriously,
Because you’ll never get out of it alive”
